It’s nice to be important, but it’s more important to be nice.
Has there been a worse day for #nffc transfer news than this?

Sad. This is becoming a disastrous summer for #nffc
Last season will be the high water mark - will only be fighting to avoid relegation selling both MGW and Elanga.

£55m does not seem enough for a player who so vital to the way #NFFC played last season and who is only going to get better. I would prefer not to sell, but if we do, I would like to get £65m-£70m. Major blow to the squad if they lose him but maybe necessary to MGW and the rest of the team together.

Imagine a referee who is a known fan of a club in the title race being appointed VAR in a crunch match for a rival. It wouldn't happen. When you see some of the penalties being given since then, it is unbelievable that at least one wasn't given. Three times in one match is more than a mistake #NFFC

Anthony Taylor was diabolical, as expected, today. Significantly influenced the game; even if not the final result. #nffc

I’ve already got what I wished for - a stress free season away from relegation. Anything else is a delightful bonus. Keep dreaming #nffc.
How about if City get a points deduction? Might open up a chance for someone!

Exactly, despite their vast revenue, Man Utd lost £257m in 3 years; result: no penalty. Forest lost £95m in 3 years, 2 of which in the Championship; result: 4 point deduction! Everton lost £121m; result: 2 point deduction, despite already being punished for 2 of the 3 years with previous penalty.

Forest had a loss limit of £63m for 3 years, Everton and others £105m, whilst Man Utd were gifted an allowance of £175m to avoid a punishment. The rules are made and changed to protect the established clubs.

Correction - not spending beyond their means. Their owner has plenty of money to invest. It was spending more than allowed by the anti-competitive and disproportionate PSR rules.

Similar - all #NFFC based!

Let’s hope it doesn’t just eventually replicate Twitter! #bluesky
