Under Nevarez's leadership, the Mountain West agreed to give UNLV and Air Force the largest payments from the Pac-12 poaching penalty/departing schools' exit fees. The conference is also moving its HQ to Las Vegas and keeping the MBB and WBB tourneys at Thomas & Mack through 2032.
