I’m not an interior designer. That said, you could set a piece of art on the furniture leaning against the wall (light switches behind it). And you could put a taller lamp on the other side. Or vice versa. I am dealing with a similar issue. Light switch is behind my lil plant art/mirror.

Up bright and early last week to present at #ICTE2024 on what it takes to build trauma-sensitive learning environments. Much passion/compassion for humanity in the group. I appreciated their questions and genuine commitment to stopping the harm on the planet. Thanks Dr. Dada for recommending me!

Had the honor of re-connecting at ISCA 2024 with former elementary student Matt—whom I didn't realize is a school counselor (along with another former student too). Also got to see past interns and graduate students. Filled my heart. Very proud of each of you! #rootedinresilience #schoolcounselors

They focus on practical ideas you can use to support learners now in meeting high expectations for learning and behavior.
