UES is not all everyone says it is my gawd. Sure if you live west of Lex, but UES numbered aves have some of the LEAST expensive maintenance fees in Manhattan, also it’s not hip& no one cares about stuff east of Lex, so lots of moms& pops. Basically East Village but cheaper&further north
