Wow! Check out the one week growth of the slips on my sweet potato 🍠 🌱

Hello, one month into my sweet potato project and I am starting to see little slips growing out (the little purple guy in pic 1). Wish I started this process in January because now the slips will probably take another month and then the roots will too. Lesson learned and still fun. I ❤️ gardening!
