Then you turn to see what you can do to help knowing it's not just about winning and losing. ⚡

No one is an island and yet this compulsion to run with the herd seems to lead to endless troubles. Most things, maybe all things are a matter of balance. 🪷⭐☯️

We can't always put aside our grief but we can step away from reacting to it until we are confident we can act with compassion and mindfulness.

Maybe someday future humans will be able to shoot all these toxic wastes we're creating off into space, create a disposal site on Mercury maybe? Or am I being too optimistic?
