I am not understanding this argument from Ministry.
It's true that protective clothing, physical demand of work etc. can impact. This is actually why it's even more important to establish a maximum temperature appropriate to the kind of work, apparel, equipment.

Also the way he avoided ever having to go to trial was to argue that Darcy Shepherd was 'one of those people' and smear his reputation publicly via the Navigation PR team he hired. Apparently this is known as the “Scopelliti” defence tactic.

This photo was part of a feature Macleans magazine did at the time about whether Tracy's murder was 'justified' and 'mercy killing' (aka homicide) of disabled children & adults should be legal. The mom in this photo is quoted as saying she'd like 'mercy killing' as option for her disabled child.

This photo. I woke up w headache & asthma attack. Found out about oil spill on Twitter. I went down to the beach. It was now hours later & nothing had been done by govt, premier was MIA. But some neighbours had made homemade signs & gone out immediately to warn everyone & keep others safe.

Gordon Campbell should never be allowed near public policy after attempting to impose time limits on social assistance in BC. A move that would have left thousands without any income at all and that was only halted at last minute after huge public outcry & advocacy to stop it.
