I know you're not saying that it's the real issue, but saying they didn't have as much training could lead to them getting more funding for "training".
They need to be abolished at the very least, and given no quarter.

side discussion but anyone saying the real issue with ICE is a lack of proper training is subtly arguing for increased funding and should probably be ignored going forward regarding all substantive matters
