Is anyone else feeling like all this attention on “electrolytes” (by people who aren’t actively involved in endurance sports) is yet another sign that the movie Idiocracy was at least in part prophetic?

After seven years of transforming my urban backyard into a food forest using regenerative agricultural practices, I am so pleased to see that the local wildlife is enjoying the space I created for them. Soon I will apply to have my yard certified as a wildlife sanctuary!
