Also got to remember the club is in the middle of a crazy injury crisis right now. Get the right manager in, good Jan window, get some players back from injury and win the treble and this will all die down again 🤣

Yeah fair enough mate. I took the comments about bullies being about a certain minority of fans that are taking things too far but its also fair to say both the board and certain shareholders could have handled it better.

Not saying there should be no criticism but the way GB etc have behaved is unacceptable and its a case of be careful what you wish for is you ask me.

A new owner can come in and spend 15-20m on signings but the quality wont be any better you will just be over paying like you did with engels and idah. Better quality players just do not want to play and live in Scotland its as simple as that.

Almaty happens now and then when the club are in a transition I think which every club has from time to time. Not thst there shouldn't be criticism but it will happen under any regime. The main blocker is the league not the board imho.

Yeah i think almaty is an exception though I think he just means getting into the knockout rounds is tough. Main reason I think ramgers do better in europe though is that unlike cemtic they dont demand managers who want to play expansive football so they end up more suited to low block counter etc.

I cant believe what im reading. 23 years of nothing before he joined and since then hes made 3 out of 4 majors. Denmark brought on subs tonight that would be in our best 11. He has a 42yo GK from hearts bench and half the team are championship level. Give the man some credit ffs.

Yeah this is what works for me. Break sentences down into parts almost with pauses. Summarising afterwards to make sure we all understand and agree helps too. Takes more time to communicate than normal but less time than it does when people go away with the wrong understanding causing rework etc.

Yeah this is it. I work closely with colleagues overseas and the language barrier does cause problems but like you say they are speaking in my language because I cant speak in theirs. I find it helps to break everything down to very simple elements like im speaking with a machine lol.
