I did gardening math & now I'm exhausted. I did figure out what I'm growing & where stuff is going for the most part. I'm sticking to my plan this yr because last summer season was chaotic & I didn't get hardly as much out of my space.

I just splashed flavored water in my eye & I'm 1 heartbeat away from saying fuck it & going back to bed. Seems a bitch can't be hydrated while she's doing chores now. I swear I heard whatever gremlin/goblin/chaos gnome/spirit that lives in my house giggling too. 🫤

Well this didn't happen because when I mentioned to the man what I was about to do he blinked at me because he celebrates the 12 days of Christmas from 12/25 - 1/06.
I think I'm gonna take the tree down tomorrow. We used to wait til 3 Kings Day because that's when it got taken down for the man growing up but for reasons that's a no. I wasn't raised with Christmas so I'm just here for the lights & other festivities & don't care.

Traditions are great til they make you feel trapped. I'm setting myself free of all the cooking ones starting now because honestly I actually hate cooking. I do it for survival & luckily for me I don't suck at it. Also the New Yr is gonna get me how I am no promises or dreams of improvement. 😒

Jan 1st I'm putting the lavender seeds in the fridge for 1 wk & then putting them into the freezer for 3 wks. Then they go back in the fridge for about 2 wks before I try to germinate them. 🤞🏾🤞🏾 #patiogarden
