Was surprised to read the briefs. The r’s played chess while the d’s played checkers with the courts. I dont see the 6-3 reversing meaning there is a two tiered 4th amendment. One for whites and one for everyone else. Just wild.

Fighting words is pretty narrow scope from 1942 court rulings, since officers are supposed to be trained on restraint at verbal assaults, it further narrows the scope and limits its use for arrest

I’m pretty sure at fletc they teach the constitution and how one can naturalized to be a citizen. Doesn’t matter if she was born on Pluto or not.
