Extracting paid up equity and some capital gains growth, is fine & has historically been the case. Expecting crazy exponential YOY growth as we've seen, is unrealistic & has been harmful to all.

Extracting paid up equity and some capital gains growth, is fine & has historically been the case. Expecting crazy exponential YOY growth as we've seen, is unrealistic & has been harmful to all.

Note: in Vancouver, "social housing" levels are even lower than data (or spin) often shows. Gregor Robertson & Vision changed the definition of it in 2015 where only 30% assistance = "100% social hsg". This has remained unrevoked since 2018 incl. w/ Sim ABC. Gregor as Fed. Housing Minister= #FAIL
