Integrity can’t be faked. That’s their problem, imho.

I always loved and believed in that line. And now, in my 60s, I can say I pulled it off!

Later in his life, my father, who was a devout Catholic, said, “I no longer pray to God for things to happen in a certain way. I now pray only for God to give me the strength to handle whatever comes.” Wisdom, imho.

Release the tRumpStein files!

Based on the golden aspens, this picture was taken in the fall. However, there is far less snow right now than there should be. I have lived “in the neighborhood“ for almost 35 years and I’m very worried about the future. My home is now insured through Lloyd’s of London due to wildfire danger.

That’s because tRump would be “lucky” to be alive that long…

I encourage you to look into the cost savings of operation of an EV. While the purchase price is a bit higher with the incentives gone, you can “break even” and begin savings within a few years of purchase in some cases.

The vast majority of Teslas you see on the road were bought pre-madness, with good intentions. They don’t update the body style, so it’s difficult to tell just by looking how old a particular vehicle is. I have family members who bought them pre-madness, thinking they were doing a good thing.

When my niece was young and asked for a Happy Meal, like her friends had, my brother told her the food is so bad they have to put a toy in it just to get people to buy it.

Imho, it doesn’t really matter whether or not we think he’s a racist. The racists think he’s a racist, that’s what actually matters.

That’s one kick-ass ass!!
December 9, 2025 at 2:14 AM
I’m just trying to be supportive of you. I agree that he was out of line.
November 28, 2025 at 4:37 PM
Do you really think rude, inaccurate accusations will help?
November 28, 2025 at 4:31 PM
I heartily agree with you that it would be great to get back to caring and compassion instead of hate and division. Sadly, the “stupid commenter” is apparently working at cross-purposes to us. It just makes me want to work harder to heal our divisions.

It was snark. Perhaps I misunderstood what you meant. I’m old enough to have friends who contracted polio, so I’m very grateful for vaccines..
November 28, 2025 at 4:12 PM
As long as they don’t contract polio, measles mumps, whooping cough, rubella, tetanus, etc. The ones who contract disease when not vaccinated are the “weak” ones. Survival of the fittest, doncha know…. /s

Yes, it makes perfect sense. Thanks for helping a retired teacher learn something new!

Misogyny isn’t funny, imho….

Oh - learning moment for me. When a reply has an arrow and says “replied to you“ it can actually be a reply to anyone in the thread?

I don’t recall claiming that the press was brave. I think you may have misunderstood my comment.
