No time off and no benefits you could use a union, I worked at a union job years ago I it paid a wage comparable to the times, we paid a 225$ fee to join, AFLCIO. Group healthcare and time off. Best health insurance I ever had. Long time ago

An outside non government entity should write crisis risk management report. Showing the response as a whole. America learned much from the crisis risk management report from the Oklahoma Bombing. The one written for 9/11 was government written, so a clear picture never developed. Put perhaps !
