Thanks! I think the Institute specific info in this table (snipped here, more details in article) is very telling.

This is an important and information rich article. I wondered about the effects by Institute. The table below (which is snipped here but is in the article) has that info. Broken down by # of grants and $ amounts.

As @nicollewallace.bsky.social has so frequently said, it's like two tarantulas in a bowl.

Beautiful! First time I've ever seen Northern Lights. This was right over my house in Denver tonight.

Beautiful afternoon. Glad to make it to Civic Ctr Park for the last bit of No Kings 2. Thanks to Naoko Liu - one of my greatest colleagues - for teaming up at 7 am on a Saturday! We had to Stand Up for Science first (well, we sat sometimes too).

Uh huh. Heroically stealing from the rich and giving to the poor...for sure...not the other way around. No way.

Yay Otters! We helped care for one at the Umoya Khulula Wildlife Rehab Center this past summer. Angus the Cape Clawless Otter was orphaned and will need several more months of care there. He is a sweet, sweet pup. I cannot recommend a better trip to take, learn, and give back than this one was.
