I thought about it, but I usually end up hating my life with inserts OR I make the dumb ass mistake of buying ones with sew in inserts. I possibly have plantar so my heels will always find a way to make the nail in my heel thing happen *cries*

nah fr they're BAD I was using a pair of Nike that were toted as "all terrain runners" but holy shit once those soles went it's been hell to get my runs in and I've had to stop from the pain.
