For the last 6 months it has been a 2-3. Occasionally shooting when riding. Today feels the same but I’m on Vicodin tonight. Pain will peak tomorrow then settle down. I’m glad it’s out. It would never have gotten better on its own. The cartilage is too thick and enlarged for the area under my knee

Thank you! Got it sliced out today. I can walk with no crutches. However, am I stupidly expected in the office tomorrow for a 30 min meeting so I intend to shame them with my crutches.

Doc says I can bike indoors for 10-15 min at the end of the week, up to 30 min next week. Upwards from there.
