Today I hiked above the clouds in Switzerland with 25 women. Being with multi cultural women, hiking, laughing and singing Christmas carols around a fire is restorative on (what feels like) a cellular level. Society should place more value in women in the 40s & 50s. We know many truths.

After 16 years of living and building a business & family in uber wealthy and pretentious La Côte, Vaud, my hubby and I are preparing to blow up our lives and move to the Alps of Valais. I cannot wait to jump off this hamster wheel and focus on the little things. Our kids deserve our attention.
