Just learned that the UK government has REMOVED LGBT from their school portal website. This guidance included studies done in 2017 which stated that LGBT kids are being treated poorly by fellow students and staff.

Again, let me state that where I am online are safe spaces. You are welcome here. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

That is a huge amount of LGBTQIA+ people! I knew that there are a lot of LGBT sims players, but I didn't realise we made up that much of the player base! Wow!

btw, I asked if that makes sense because I'm honestly not sure if it does. My thought process was "people use their dogs as an "excuse" to get out and go for walks, so maybe Lina can do the same with her cat?"

I don't suppose you can work your cat into your exercises? Make it a play time for her thing instead of an exercise for you thing, but you still get the exercise in. It might make you more likely to do it. Does that make sense?

Do it all at the same time every day. Set an alarm, make it part of your task list, to do list, or daily schedule.

For example, I've worked walking into my daily routine by putting my morning coffee in a travel mug, putting my shoes on, and then immediately going out for my walk.

Scratch that. I just second guessed myself and did a quick search to check if I was right. According to what I've found, sims do age up while on holiday! Which is weird because I could have sworn they didn't!

Best thing to do is to make say winterfest and the next day "boxing day" or the day before "winterfest eve". Then start the getaway the day before that and have it over 3 days.

On a related note, do your Sims age up when they go on a getaway?

I'm starting my next Sims 4 scenario. Here's the pre-made family that came with the scenario and here's the house I've built for them! I've put it on the 64x64 lot in the Enchanted by Nature world. It isn't 100% complete yet (my Sims ran out of money), but they've at least got all the basics!

Take it slow. If all you can do is step out the door, it's progress! If you struggle, try doing the "one more step" trick. "I've made it out the door, I can walk to that lamp post." "I'm at the lamp post, I can make it to that bench and sit down." and so on.

The problem with this is that EA owns all the rights to The Sims franchise. So if Maxis were to somehow split from EA, they would have to buy the rights to The Sims from them. And that wouldn't be cheap.

I finished my Sim's Gibbi Gibbi cabin! It's a 1 bed, 1 bath home, furnished with as much of the new build/buy stuff as I could fit in! The lot is a butterfly/moth collector's dream, as well!
