Why aren't people using thermal imagers to reduce disturbance?

I don't think I've seen a photo of 3 diver species in the UK before. Great photo.

That was almost in my garden as I lived in the cottage in Northaw Great Wood. I was in Norfolk the day it was found recovering from a monster hangover. When I got the call I thought it was a wind up. Saw it the next day and every day for the next 3 weeks.

That's an impressive pod, and the drone footage is incredible. Shame drones weren't a thing in the days of the Pride of Bilbao!
