I apologize for this post, but this was something I wanted to get off my chest because it's something I've noticed the past few years and have only seen become worse. People are gradually becoming afraid of communicating to other people and that to me is seriously concerning.

communicate because they might be suffering from some trauma relating to communicating your feelings. In that case, I'm more than happy to excuse people. But I think we as a society need to realize just how important communication is, even if it is hard sometimes. 4/4

It's something I've noticed not just happen to me but to other people as well. As someone on the spectrum, I understand how hard it is to communicate because I've had a history of keeping my true feelings in and ngl it made my life harder than it needed to be. I understand if someone can't- 3/4

Admittedly, I find modern life hard because we're now in a world where people don't like to talk about their feelings in the fear of upsetting someone despite how important it is. Yes, you may upset someone, but the problem only gets worse if nothings said. 2/4
