When he can’t continue, can another Democratic senator take over. Let’s do this for the next two years.

And they call themselves the pro-life party. You can’t be pro-life if you support what this administration is doing.
It isn’t pro-life to end USAID.
It isn’t pro-life to reduce Medicaid.
It isn’t pro-life to cut back WIC/SNAP.
They seem to be the anti-life party.

The way it is different from George Soros is that this is someone in federal government (unofficial head of DOGE) paying people to vote in a state election. That seems to make it even worse.

This is America.

Wouldn’t eggs get cheaper once all those people die due to the laws of supply and demand? Maybe that is exactly what they are working for. After all, it isn’t like billionaires can eat as many eggs as the working poor do.

Exactly this. I was so looking forward to the 10 year plan they promised (you can use your favorite weapon the entire time). I was playing Destiny like it was a second job; day 1 raids, getting every weapon and upgrade, attempting solo raids. Then part 2 came out and it killed all desire to play.

Bipartisanship can’t be the goal. Figure out what is best for the American people(Medicare for all to be paid for by taxing the billionaire class, etc) and fight for that. If you can get bipartisan support, great. If not, all day every day talk about how the R’s are keeping it from the people.

This is what we need more of.

The Democratic Party may not be in the majority but they must put forward bills like this that reflect what direction they see the country needing to move in.

D voters in R states must call their congresspeople and pressure them to sign on to these common sense bills

Correct me if wrong, but you were chased out of your own party and you now spend your time talking about how little you think the Democratic Party is doing to stop the R’s. I’d imagine you may still have some R supporters who you could rally to fight for the soul of your old party. Maybe try that.

I am in that same boat. But our voice on platforms such as this may sway someone who could help to make a difference. Try not to concede defeat in advance as that can be contagious.

They can’t save our democracy on their own. The American voters didn’t give them enough seats to do anything without R’s voting with them. At this point the R’s are our only hope to stop Trump. It would only take a couple of them to care enough to make it happen. Use your voice to lean on them.

Feel free to cut and paste the above as a general response to Negative Nancy’s/Ned’s. It may be full of platitudes, but I’d rather be full of platitudes than be full of shatitudes.
