Tikbalang’s appearance is half human and half horse, it has two legs, just like human, but in the shape of a horse’s legs. The body is human, but the head is a horse.

The MMDA’s decision is a response to the request made by the Nagkakaisang Samahan ng Nangangasiwa ng Panlalawigang Bus sa Pilipinas Inc (NSNPBPI).
To maintain traffic order, the following guidelines are strictly enforced:
✓ Provincial buses coming from North Luzon are allowed to stop at designated terminals in Cubao, Quezon City
✓ While buses originating from South Luzon are only allowed up to the PITX and Pasay.
✓ Provincial buses coming from North Luzon are allowed to stop at designated terminals in Cubao, Quezon City
✓ While buses originating from South Luzon are only allowed up to the PITX and Pasay.
