You can also kind of see with the text bubble that the original text was painted out for this post and replaced with new text which takes away part of that vintage comic texture where the bubble is

I tried to look and see where the original is from but the only thing I can find was a repost on tumbler back in Jan 6th 2013 by mistaobseen-blog, only the text had been altered, so to whom it may concern, odds are no, it's not :)
