I’m of the opinion that is *used to be* Sol Ring.
With the ever-increasing density of low-cost game changing threats, I believe Lotus has surpassed it. The explosive starts (often under any potential interaction) are far stronger than they once were.

To win I’m probably just taking the Flooded Strand. If I’m feeling particularly spicy, I probably also take Watery Grave and settle in for some decent mana.

I had a travel cube where I did almost exactly this, but with the bar cube restrictions of no tokens and counters (and no shuffling).

As a big fan of color-restricted environments (having four, myself), this cube sounds like a blast to play. I enjoyed this episode (as I have all of them)!

I agree…however the “maintenance” is a significant portion of the fun. I love tinkering almost as much as actually playing.
