I'm willing to offer that we no longer have a functioning Congress. Their complicity in Trump's authoritarian rise has essentially erased Congress as a co-equal branch of government. And we all know the Supreme Court has played a role in his authoritarian rise. This is all by design.

Seriously- what the hell happened to that guy??!!! I remember when my dad had a stroke, he lost some of his patience and humor, but this guy’s stroke scrambled his brain biggly.
