Many of these states also:

Have high incomes
Invest heavily in clean energy
Have strong consumer protections and grid reliability standards

Across all of them, high electricity prices usually come from one or more of these:

Geographic isolation (HI, AK)
Fuel constraints (N.E. gas bottlenecks)
Wildfire & climate risk costs (CA)
Dense urban infrastructure (NYC, DC, NJ)
Aggressive renewable mandates + modernization costs

It is quite amazing how special a movie theater can become. So many emotions (both good and bed) felt inside those walls. So many characters met. So many fun times experienced with friends and loved ones (or alone).

Very sad. But it was also one of the most poorly designed theaters I've ever been at. Was sometimes impossible to find the right theater and/or bathroom and/or snacks.
