He never said he’d join, was more diplomatic about how he talked about. And definitely said they would never pay 1 Billion to be apart of it.

Actually, the more I think about it, the fact that Trump is bitching that it’s difficult to negotiate with Canada is a good thing, means there’s push back from Canada.

It got us back to square one - yeah! It also told Trump that he can walkaway anytime he wants something we’re refusing to give.
The American leaders had been complaining for awhile about the DST. Even a week ago Champaign said they were going ahead with it.
