I’m not sure it’ll actually happen. It will seriously jeopardise his chances of winning this made up ‘FIFA peace prize‘ that has been created to give to him at the World Cup draw.

The funny thing is Greene playing, or continuing to actually be, dumb by continuing to say that she remains Trump’s biggest supporter, doesn’t think he has anything to fear from the files, and she genuinely doesn’t understand why he continues to try to block their release.

Feels like this is the endgame. Completely loot the US Treasury leaving all public money in private hands. Then force the US to default and make it impossible for the US Govt to fund itself in future. Then pick the carcass.

These numbers are a comparison with the past. How does one month of missing data “permanently“ impair them? And that’s even assuming all the data isn’t available and can’t just be retrospecticket completed.

I presume their problem is that lots of people have seen the files, may have copies, and will have incentive to leak them if what released is manipulated. And just redacting stuff won’t work.
