Yes! I remember about the Millennium Falcon making a small appearance in First Contact, granted you need to look for it in a freezeframe if you forget where it is. The R2 spotted during Trek 2009 was noticeable...but it didn't upset me as I know JJ Abrams is primarily a Star Wars fan. ILM for both!

Yes...I would say so, because as Star Trek is based on our reality, and as Star Wars takes place in our reality but just a "long, long time ago in a galaxy far, far, away..." then there's no reason to think otherwise. They just don't talk about it. 😝
