Yes she is! And she’s the creator of the conspiracy theory pyramid that was going around several years ago, too.
The Conspiracy Chart created by Abbie Richards in 2021, which shows a graphic of an inverted pyramid which is separated into 5 tiers. Each tier, from the bottom up, shows an increasing level of severity, and each tier has a demarcation line showing what concept or idea separates the conspiracy theories listed in the lower tier from the conspiracy theories listed in the higher tier. Below the Pyramid reads “Grounded in Reality”. Above the Pyramid reads “Detached From Reality”. From bottom of the pyramid to the top, the tiers are: Tier 1 is “Grounded in Reality” (Demarcation reads “Speculation Line”) Tier 2 is “We Have Questions” (Demarcation reads “Leaving Reality”) Tier 3 is “Unequivocally False But Mostly Harmless” (Demarcation reads “Reality Denial”) Tier 4 is “Dangerous to Yourself and Others” (Demarcation reads “The Antisemitic Point of No Return”) Tier 5 is “World Ruled by Supreme Shadow Elite. Promoted Hatred and Violence to Marginalized Groups”. Each tier also has the name of conspiracy theories which fit the description of the tier written inside of the tier. People complain so frequently that their free speech is being violated when individuals tell them their opinions are crap that I have this xkcd comic saved for easy use.

What we saw today with the FCC Chairman literally threatening ABC/Disney with pulling their license? That *IS* a violation of 1A

Public service announcement: the right to free speech means the government can’t arrest you for what you say. 2. It doesn’t mean that anyone else has to listen to your bullshit, or host you while you share it. 3. The 1st Amendment doesn’t shield you from criticism or consequences. 4. If you’re yelled at, boycotted, have your show canceled, or get banned from an internet community, your free speech rights aren’t being violated. 5. It’s just that the people listening think you’re an asshole, 6. And they’re showing you the door.
