After opening the T-Life app on my T-Mobile phone and sifting past their ads to report a scam call, I discovered that the scammers got flagged and blocked as a scam call at first and immediately called back without being flagged. World-class scam blocking foiled by redial.

You can see in the attached screenshot that the LLM invoked the developer extension (which Goose enables by default) to execute a shell command without Goose obtaining my explicit, out-of-band, confirmation. This is what I'm talking about. It is an undo-reliant tool that doesn't provide undo.

Yikes! One major problem with the BBC report - they seem to believe LLMs crawl the internet during queries. They can't, and it looks like the tools they used wouldn't have either, unless they left out crucial details from their methodology. Temporary modifications of their website have no effect.

Zoom lets you block domains, which is very effective for preventing specific services from coming back.
