I cannot begin to imagine the stew of emotions this must create for her poor family.

Is this definitely real? Asking only because the document you link to looks different from the image posted, and the released files supposedly contained no mention of Trump.
I am most definitely not defending Trump: I've just already seen several false stories and want to be sure of what I read.
