it use to be a bit more affordable and a growing job market when i visited and moved. 2020 and ai disturbed the demand for work in the tech industries. it is important people specialise in health or a trade to earn a decent wage there. feels like everything bad about the city just got way worse.

seems universal... also a thing old stock anglo americans do is say "warsh" instead of "wash" or "dee" instead of "day" when in the context of days of the week. Thursday becomes Thursdee.

there have been times i have asked someone to repeat themselves three times until i could understand them because they spoke with the front of their mouth. "ay" and "uh" turned to "eh". like bro please speak in clear phonetics i cant understand you!
