LOL the corner pieces are the trickiest. I always lose several pieces in the cutting process. Let them soften a bit after the final chilling otherwise the top layer tends to shatter. Lots of sacrificial sample pieces! 😆 Hope you have a sweet tooth. But damn they’re addictive, at least for me. LOL

Oh yes, Bird’s custard powder is from Britain. You can use vanilla pudding powder in a pinch.
