The president can veto or support legislation. He can make recommendations to Congress. But he doesn't have the unilateral right to change laws.
Trump has very little respect for the rule of law & our Constitution. He is moving us toward authoritarianism.

Anyone I know want to help me organize a rally? I'm feeling the strong desire to write up some signs and go protest. I think it's important we as a community denounce nazism and show strong support for our marginalized peers. I just don't know where/how to start! If u wanna help, let's grab a coffee

Primarily doing my shopping at Costco from now on. Also supporting the Leth Superstore because they have an amazing DEI program and queer leadership. Joining the board of OUTreach. Signing up to volunteer with Pro Choice Leth. Trying to do what I can in my community to support marginalized folks.

Hit home today that Elon’s zooming in to a rally of the German hard right to tell them to stop feeling bad about the past and embrace German glory was right before Holocaust Remembrance day.
