I added a clean Reagan clip. The speech was given at The Kentucky Center for the Arts in 1984. Mitch McConnell was running for a Kentucky Senate seat in 1984. He won in 1985 was sworn in on Jan. 3rd. To say he missed this speech is har to believe. To say he doesn’t know this is also far fetched.
