For me it has to be Sunday roasts and the ultimate one for Christmas dinner.
We brought the kids up on weekly roasts from the day they started eating solids and have many fond memories of sitting around the table with the family.

Oddly the gradient isn't the issue, it's the constant switchbacks and that it's single track with very few passing places

We know he served in ww2, from Cumbria and ended up in Lubeck in the mid/late 40s.
It looks Irish (harp) but there's no reason for him to be an Irish regiment.
Any ideas?
