I adore Ali Hazelwood’s books but for some reason Deep End didn’t quite hit that 5-star level for me.
The existence in her other books of the male lead’s quiet but obvious pining for the female lead just didn’t hit the same in Deep End, partly because of the “kind-of” love triangle.

I adore Ali Hazelwood’s books but for some reason Deep End didn’t quite hit that 5-star level for me.
The existence in her other books of the male lead’s quiet but obvious pining for the female lead just didn’t hit the same in Deep End, partly because of the “kind-of” love triangle.

Tripped and fell elbow first into an empty wineglass today while wandering around my house without my glasses. The wineglass won, and I will have a ring of scars reminding me of this fact for the rest of my life 😭😭😭

They are not more of a threat to me than my OWN brain.
OCD is actual hell.

Finished DNA Lover and it was overall a decent watch!
I felt like the story got sidetracked in the last 3 episodes and the ending felt rushed, but ultimately things turn out well for everyone so it’s good if you’re looking for something a little lighter and a bit unique!

Writing was a little redundant in descriptions in places, but I was thoroughly entertained from start to finish, had a blast formulating theories (they all came true), and had fun reading with my sister☺️
