So, I am an associate counselor working at a private practice. I'm a W2 employee and am paid based on the hours I bill for sessions (meaning I don't have to wait for insurance to pay before I see a check). My pay and expected caseload (about 25 clients weekly) are standard for the area.

Hm... what am I going to use this BlueSky thing for? Maybe I can reflect on the realities of trying to provide mental health care as a newly minted Master's graduate? I guess we can try that and see what comes of it.
