DeSouza is a 3rd gen champagne house in Avize. An egg-shaped oak cask is used for the initial fermentation. The shape encourages natural movement of the wine resulting in more volume, texture 🍾

The ice is fluffy, finely shaved, and flavored with fruit syrups, condensed milk, red beans on the bottom. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top! So Ono!
