No, get employers out of it completely. You shouldn't have to have a job to have healthcare. It stops mobility and keeps people from chasing their own dreams because they are tied to a job just to have healthcare.

This should go for everything, education, SS, Healthcare (Single Payer) paid family leave, back to progressive tax system that taxes the rich (99% when you hit the first bIllion onward, congrats you're set for life). Green everything with climate. It's time for "Project we've had FKing enough".
