I must get more kilometres in. For various reasons, I haven't run nearly enough since September. Furthest I've been going is 5km I'm determined to get to 80 years old and still be pounding the lanes. Haven't done the full 42km since I was 69.

Nice 10k on Saturday followed by flu vaccination. Couldn't move on Sunday.

Managing a short but hilly run every morning this week. Only 2.4km but it's enough to keep me ticking over and leaves me with energy to do what I need to do during the day.

Very tough 7km run this morning but at least I can saw this. I was thinking of doing Parkrun and volunteering but where I lived before it was quite a clique so I've decided not to. I don't enjoy Parkrun particularly.
