I do feel better, but I think it’s more a gut health situation. Gluten-free bread also upsets my tummy, so I just eat so many more whole foods now- and beans. Lots of beans.

I loved my pug, but she was free - a neighbor bought a played out mother pug from a breeder at a flea market, then gifted her to my 9-year old, who brought her home. Her health problems were a real eye-opener.
