If I saw my boss being petty, vindictive, and openly bigoted I certainly wouldn’t run cover for them and completely ignore the issue.

I love how 95% of the comments highlight that the toxicity is coming from the admins and, conveniently, he won’t respond to any of those.

It’s the leadership and moderators themselves. They’ve created a transparently bad culture and antagonize the user base while being not at all consistent or fair with moderation.
