It's Newspaper Rock in Bears Ears National Monument. Just 15 miles west of US 191 along the Indian Creek Corridor Scenic Byway - SR 211. It's about 30 min from the Needles District of Canyonlands National Park and 1.5 hours from Moab. Fascinating!
