The algorithm being one part of it, but then also existing in the environment of micro-trends and constant monetisation (be that DLC or CC) has been personally quite exhausting.

Based on the comments, I think a lot of people got the impression that I’m personally burnt out. It’s partially true, but I’m more disappointed about the current state of affairs in the context of “making stuff for The Sims”.

Built a cozy bar (with a small vineyard?) on this one empty lot in Gibbi Point. The Horse Ranch EP and Adventure Awaits EP buy mode items go together rather nicely.

As expected, there is lots of new activewear that comes with the Adventure Awaits EP. It's fine. It's useful. I probably won't use it all that much though - I prefer activewear from the Snowy Escape EP.

Surely there’s a way to build upon systems that are being introduced with different packs and updates so that you don’t have 20 separate pie menu actions whenever a new thing gets added

I like that The Sims team is latching onto systems that clearly scale well (custom events, custom venues, custom [thing]) - my problem is the UI that is becoming so bloated with content that it is becoming impossible to grasp where to start with all the options.
