The City Climate Action Assessment Guidebook (see www.mysociety.org/2025/12/19/f... for the link) will equip citizens in towns and cities right across Europe to assess their local councils' #climateaction. The Scorecards are a joint project between mySociety and @climateemergencyuk.bsky.social.
