I really hope there is a push for class size reductions for K-3 (at the very least) and case load reductions for special educators. All the training in the world will not help with too many students to teach. You could also pay them better, but you still can’t give them any more time in the day.

Certainly at times like this we want to feel like we are participating in making our communities better, safer, thriving even. I’m far from Minneapolis but I would love to be useful. Donations to politicians and petitions seem feckless.
